TETRACHROMA combines the tetromino stacking action of classic games like Tetris and Bloxeed with a unique color changing mechanic. To clear a line, every block in the row must match. Change the colors of already placed blocks with a new Reversi / Othello inspired mechanic: when a block is placed next to a horizontal or vertical line of a different color, the line changes colors to match the newly placed block.

TETRACHROMA is in development and will be released on Steam for Windows PC in 2024.

TETRACHROMA is a game by sparsevector, a solo indie developer who previously made Super Amazing Wagon Adventure (Windows, Xbox 360, 2012) and is also developing Jump Mechanic (Windows, TBA). This small game is my attempt to share the excitement and joy I've felt discovering and exploring this unique color changing gameplay mechanic.
